Creation of a Group
Ethics Committee in 2021
This Ethics Committee is represented by managers from different departments and assisted by a consulting firm.
The Group has implemented a Policy for the Approval of Suppliers Subject to the Issuance of the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template.
Managers are an essential link in the Group’s strategy and values
Support tools are designed and made available to them.
Training on discrimination, harassment, diversity and inclusion is dispensed by a consulting firm at Group level. All managers had received training by the end of 2022. Awareness sessions for all employees will be organised throughout 2023.
A whistleblowing system named “SpeakUp” (in compliance with European directives) was set up in 2022.
Supply chain managers are regularly trained in European 3TG regulations.
WELL-BEING AT WORK
The Bregy plant has been upgraded
in order to improve workstation ergonomics, among other things.
In 2021, the Group launched an ISO 45001 certification process already obtained for our German production site (Zehnder Pumpen). This standard applies to occupational health and safety management systems.
SUPPORT FOR ASSOCIATIONS
- World Water Day (donations to the Planet Water Foundation since 2021).
- World Toilet Day (donations to organisations since 2011/the SFA Group became a Gold Partner of the World Toilet Organization in 2022).
- World Plumbing Day (donations to Hydraulique Sans Frontières and the World Toilet Organization).
- Refurbishment of emergency accommodation with sanitary facilities for homeless people as part of the “Une villa en urgence” project.
