In 2025, we reached a new milestone with a score of 63/100, a 6-point increase from last year. This result now places us in the top 26% of companies assessed globally.

This achievement is no coincidence. It stems from coordinated work across several key areas: 

• Environment: lowering our carbon footprint, increasing product circularity, and optimizing resource management. 

• Human Resources: strengthened HR policies, enhanced managerial support, and expanded training and upskilling programs. 

• Sustainable Procurement: more systematic integration of CSR criteria into our purchasing processes, and stronger partnerships with responsible suppliers. 

These improvements reflect a clear intention: to embed sustainability into the very fabric of our organization.
