SFA Group joins United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)

Global Compact

The UN Global Compact is a voluntary initiative designed to meet fundamental responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. Supporting the United Nations’ initiative on corporate sustainability reaffirms not only our implementation of the sustainability development goals but also our corporate responsibility.

As a globally active company, the SFA Group is aware of its special responsibility for sustainable development. We also want to make a clear commitment to sustainable corporate governance to the public and commit ourselves to acting accordingly in our daily business.

For this reason, the SFA Group joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) at the end of 2021 and has thus committed itself to promote the Compact's principles through the spread of our corporate practices in an open global economy within our sphere of influence. With around 1.000 employees and 7 production sites in different geographical locations, the SFA Group does not tolerate discrimination based on nationality, gender, religion or other personal characteristics and will apply international recognized labour standards,
respecting the human rights principles set out by the Global Compact.

The United Nation Sustainable Development Goals have a global scope. SFA Group is now integrating them as part of its CSR strategy, demonstrating its desire to address these objectives as well.
