In 2023, 78% of employees are trained in Anti-Discrimination
and Anti-Harassment. This trend will continue every year.
Beyond training, we strongly encourage our employees and
stakeholders to report incidents they may
encounter. To this end, we have established
an anonymous and confidential reporting
System, called “Speak Up”, that allows anyone to voice their
concerns without fear of retaliation.
